简介

丁乃峥,女,博士,教授,动物学专业和学科教学(生物)专业硕士生导师,动物学专业博士生导师。555000Jc线路检测中心动物生殖发育与疾病团队负责人。迄今已发表研究论文50余篇。主持完成国家自然科学基金面上项目3项,山东省科技厅项目2项。获国家级科研奖励1项和省级科研奖励4项;

研究方向:

本实验室主要研究哺乳动物生殖发育及其相关疾病的发生机理。包括哺乳动物胚胎早期发育、胚胎着床和蜕膜化、子宫发育、附睾在精子成熟中的作用、卵巢功能等的分子调节机理和相关疾病的发生机理。主要利用基因敲除小鼠模型,研究重要基因和信号通路在哺乳动物生殖发育和相关疾病中的作用。这些工作对于推动哺乳动物生殖与发育生物学的基础研究,治疗不孕不育等生殖疾病具有重要的理论指导作用。另外,本实验室还利用生物信息学和分子生物学手段,研究动物病毒进化的分子机制,及其对动物生殖的影响。
